Packergirl

Corrected entry: In the scene where Holden is chasing the pig, he falls down on his bottom and obviously gets mud on it, yet when he gets back in the truck, his trousers are clean.

Packergirl

Correction: The character's name is Hunkle, not Holden.

Face/Off (1997)

Corrected entry: Near the beginning of the film, Castor is at the LA Convention Center setting the bomb. After the scene with the choir singing, there is a shot of the outside marquee that shows a choir convention running from the 18th - 21st. He then tells his boys to stay away from LA on the 18th because it's going to be a bit smoggy (the bomb). Later as Archer, after defusing the bomb, he is told that the targets for the bomb were some judges at a convention or something like that. The dates just don't add up - it was already the 18th when he initially set the bomb.

Packergirl

Correction: The choir was only a rehearsal, no audience was there, only a few people, who probably work there. So there are still plenty of days to pass till the 18th. No plot hole there.

Titanic (1997)

Corrected entry: When the plates are falling on the floor near the end of the movie, if you watch when the camera shows the sideways shots of all the crashing plates, there is another cabinet in the background with vases and cups on it that aren't even moving.

Packergirl

Correction: In general many of the vases and cups did not move but if you watch carefully you can see that about half of the vases and cups do move slightly in the direction of the plates falling.

Corrected entry: During the fight scene that is supposedly taking place at Madison Square Garden, there are signs in both of the corners of the ring and up on the walls in the far background of the arena that say "Caesar's." This would indicate that this fight took place at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas.

Packergirl

Correction: I'm sure that there must be more than one 'Caesar's' in the world. Even if there isn't a Caesar's in Madison Gardens in the 'real world', this is a fictional film.

Twister (1996)

Corrected entry: When Jo and Bill are running from and going towards the F5 tornado, there are buildings, semi-trucks, and other things being thrown around and sucked up. Living in Oklahoma and being near a tornado, buildings don't get thrown on the road without taking the trees and cars or trucks around them and a truck would certainly be taken with a Semi. Plus, when they are running from the F5 with all the corn, fences, farm equipment, etc. being sucked up and thrown, they would have been tossed around just as violently.

Packergirl

Correction: Not necessarily. Things to this effect have been posted all over the Twister mistakes. But if you have ever seen a tornado and the aftermath of one. They are really extremely unpredictable. They do very strange things. So while it may seem impossible that they could walk around while buildings are being blown about, it's not really. A tornado is not like a steady wind. There are gusts, updrafts, it's really variable. So a gust may come up and knock over a building, but the same gust never comes near the people walking.

Correction: We actually got caught in some updrafts as kids, while crossing the street to our house, as sirens went off. 'Sister' spouts were visible in the foreground, and the wind gusts blew some things around in our yard, like tree branches and debris. We thought we were going to get blown around too before we got to the front porch, but that didn't happen.

Forrest Gump (1994)

Corrected entry: When Forrest is recalling his time playing ping-pong in the US Army, he is playing while other soldiers are watching him instead of the moon landing on July 20, 1969. Then he says "A few years later he went to China.". Then he meets Lt. Dan in NYC at Christmas 1971, as we see New Year's Eve for 1972 happening. Then a little while later he and Lt. Dan are the only shrimp boat to survive Hurricane Camille which hit the gulf coast in August 1969. The time doesn't add up to the sequence of events - it jumps from 1969 (Moon Walk) to 1972 back to 1969.

Packergirl

Correction: They say Carmen not Camille (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hurricane_Carmen). Carmen was in August 1974 so the timeline is fine - 1969 to 1972 to 1974.
