In the shot behind the destroyers while they are shooting we can see the door behind Anakin and Obi-Wan are closed. When it cuts to a shot of them the door has suddenly opened a foot in a second. Continuity mistake: When Anakin, Obi-wan and Palpatine are running through the hall and get stuck in the ray shields, Anakin is facing forward. When it cuts he is suddenly facing Palpatine. (00:17:10)

Continuity mistake: When Anakin wakes up after his nightmare look closely at the design of their bed on Padme's side. In the close-up scenes of Padme sleeping the purple, brown and metal part of the bed is much thinner than in the wideshots. (00:29:30)

Continuity mistake: When Anakin and Obi-Wan has Grievous surrounded, as Anakin approaches Grievous from behind, the remains of a droid can be seen behind Grievous on the floor. When it cuts to Grievous saying "You loose General Kenobi", the remains behind him is partially gone. (00:19:45)

Continuity mistake: When Anakin, Obi-Wan and Palpatine are about to crash land we get a view inside the cockpit of the aircraft with the pilot saying "We'll take you in". If you look out the window we can see he is flying on the spaceship's right side while spurting water on it. When it cuts we can see that none of the aircrafts are spurting water on the right side of spaceship until a few seconds later. (00:22:00)

Continuity mistake: When Anakin and Palpatine are running down the elevator shaft as the ship stabilizes we see Palpatine falling on his left side while sliding down. When it cuts he is sliding on his right side. (00:16:10)
