Continuity mistake: After Jason kicks the teen's radio to the floor, they stand up, and the street behind them has a lot of cars on it. In the next shot, as Jason shows them his face, the street is now almost completely empty. (01:23:40)

Continuity mistake: In the streets, Rennie and Sean run past a group of teens, and behind them, look at the "Howard Johnson" sign. It is dark and unlit. But when Jason passes them, it is lit up. When Jason then turns and shows the teenagers his face, the sign is once again unlit. (01:23:30)

Revealing mistake: As Sean dives into the water to save Rennie, in all the overhead shots Rennie has dry, curly hair, but in closeups her hair is soaked down straight. In the overhead shots it's obviously a stunt double. (00:30:10)

Audio problem: When J.J. is jammin' to her song she notices Jason and screams. She then runs away, and magically the song that was playing on her tape player has stopped. (00:21:15)

Revealing mistake: When Tamara pushes Rennie overboard, the ship stays in the exact same place, as if it was docked. In reality, the boat would have sailed on, leaving Rennie behind. (00:29:25)

Continuity mistake: When Rennie gets up and walks over to the closet, you can see some items on the side, such as a decorated silk cloth, a bag etc. When Jason then looks through the porthole into Rennie's room, the position of all the items are different. (00:21:35)

Continuity mistake: When Wayne is taping J.J., between shots his left hand moves from down by his side, to on the focus of his camera. (00:18:20)

Revealing mistake: Throughout the movie, the black cloth covering Jason's eyes under the hockey mask is really noticeable, especially when he grabs onto the rope to climb aboard the Lazarus. (00:15:25)

Visible crew/equipment: When the boxing scene starts, as the camera pans past the punchbag, the shadow of the camera is clearly cast on it. Then as the camera continues to pan past the punchbag, you can see the sides of two crewmembers come into view (who are following the path of the camera.) They are both wearing a jumper and jeans. Revealing mistake: When Tamara is thrown into the mirror, in the reflection you can tell that it is a stunt-woman. (00:36:50)

Revealing mistake: When the deckhand falls to the floor, you can clearly see the square outline of the equipment holding the axe in his back. (00:57:20)

Trivia: When Rennie and Sean are trying to get through one of the doors in the train, a poster to the right of that door has graffiti on the bottom of it, reading "Jason Lives." (01:20:25)
