Continuity mistake: After escaping Bean Annex on the motorcycle by going off the ramp, Kylie turns back, sees the wolf and does a double take, and tells Mr. Fox "don't turn around". But when everyone looks at the wolf in the next shot when the motorcycle has stopped, they're looking off to the side of the road, not behind them. (01:11:20)

Continuity mistake: During Kristofferson's rescue, when Kylie is on the Bean Annex roof over Kristofferson's apple crate cage, at first Kylie is at the opening's long side, but in the next shot, Kylie is at the short side of the metal bars. (01:07:50)

Factual error: When we first see Rat, he's noticeably taller than Mr. Fox in a close-up. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Mr. Fox: Badger?
Badger: Demolitions expert.
Mr. Fox: What? Since when?
