Factual error: Near the end of this film. Grover Cleveland Alexander wins the 1926 World Series on a strike out. In fact the game ended when Babe Ruth hit a single and then was thrown out trying to steal second.
Factual error: When the film goes through the years, it shows real ball game films, but none of them are from the 1920's, most of them are from late 1940's and early 1950's. One even shows Joe DiMaggio hitting.
