Plot hole: The dead young girl who wears white has hemophilia (uncontrollable bleeding), and her mother states that she's scared of all sharp metal objects (scissors, etc.), yet she goes to play in an old abandoned steel mill all the time.

Plot hole: Okay, so Jeanie (or Jeanine, I dunno) was a hemophiliac (she bleeds a LOT). Now, they said that she died by her worst fear, which was knives. The Doctor tortured her for TWO DAYS. Even if he didn't use knives the whole time, she would have been dead well before, having bled to death long before the 48 hours came to pass, because even bruises can be severely dangerous to someone with her condition.

Continuity mistake: The second time the female detective is watching the video of the German kids, the events on the tape has changed. The first time the video is shown, the German girl takes her clothes off, then it shows them at the computer. The second time she is watching it alone, the video goes from them wrestling around to the computer scene.
