Character mistake: The movie starts with shots of the moon Io and the company's operations, with typed descriptions at the bottom of the screen. Guess they couldn't afford a proofreader. They spell dependents as dependants, marshal as marshall, and principal as principle.

Continuity mistake: During the infirmary scene where the prostitute is having her injuries examined, Dr Lazarus hands a plastic transparent folder to O'Niel, he then walks towards a door holding the folder in his right hand (filmed from behind) but when he goes through the door (filmed from the front) O'Niel is holding the folder in his left hand.
Security Sergeant Montone: Nelson, we're talking about nuclear detonators here. You don't just "lose" them and then "find" them. You lose your comb and then find it, but not detonators. Now I want to know where they were found, and who found them. You get my drift?
