Other mistake: When the man falls out of the high-rise window and lands on the car roof, it never shows him falling through a carport roof. But in subsequent scenes, it shows the car under a hotel-like entrance roof which obviously would have a roof based on the outer pillars. (00:49:00 - 00:51:00)
Revealing mistake: When Frank Bauggs is fighting Paul Kersey, in the shot where Frank is about to run through a window you can see that the window is cracked just before he goes through it. (00:50:40)
Revealing mistake: When Frank Bauggs is falling from the building, he is a very obvious dummy. His body limps around too much. (00:50:45)
