Visible crew/equipment: When Shaw is in the interrogation room with the two-way mirror, as the camera pans around the room the reflection of the camera and the jib crane it's mounted on, and even a crew member, are all perfectly visible in the mirror. (00:33:25)
Visible crew/equipment: Close to the end of the film when the lead female is running through the shadowed building she runs down a long hallway. At the end of the hallway behind her on the left side you will see the cameraman's and the boom operator's shadows cross from one shadow to the next.
