Continuity mistake: Roy is on the car's hood, June swerves and he falls on a car and hangs onto the side. When the angle changes he's magically moved half a meter to the right, by the passenger seat behind.
Continuity mistake: In the motorcycle chase, when Roy is right behind Fitz, there is a close-up shot of Roy and June in which, behind them, two beige Smarts turn up. But in the shot afterwards, the Smart has turned black all of a sudden. It can't have overtaken the first car, because the street is way too narrow.
Revealing mistake: When Roy is on the car's hood and makes a van flip in the air, the mechanism to lift it up is visible.
Visible crew/equipment: When Roy and Naomi are on the motorcycle escaping Antonio's compound and they come crashing through the wooden doors, a stunt man is visible falling from the motorcycle for a just a flash after they crash through the doors. (01:31:49)
Continuity mistake: When June lies about having the Zephyr and is kidnapped to Spain, they show Fitzgerald driving to Antonio's home (establishing shot). This is before Antonio and Fitzgerald have met, but behind Fitzgerald's car, Antonio is following. Clearly a shot meant for later when Antonio starts to follow Fitzgerald to pick up the package. Continuity mistake: On the island, June's strap goes under the collar of her shirt, but a shot later it's on top of the collar. (00:52:21)
Continuity mistake: When Naomi asks "What's your price?" her hand swaps from being away from her face to being over Roy's hand-.
Continuity mistake: Roy has dinner with Naomi. She bends her hand backwards, then shot changes, and she caresses his face. Shot changes again and her hand is suddenly bent backwards. Like it was in the first shot. (01:07:31)
Continuity mistake: When the little kid hands Roy his sunglasses, the way he holds them changes between the first and second shot. (00:26:28)
Visible crew/equipment: When Fitzgerald's car pulls over a man is reflected next to the car plus a huge big box. From the opposite angle he's gone and the box is replaced with a car. Seemingly a crew member and a hidden camera or platform. (00:24:01)
Continuity mistake: Roy places the Hall & Oates button on Simon's shirt, right on top of a stripe. A shot later the button is below the stripe. His hands also change position / repeat the actions.
Continuity mistake: When June bumps into Roy for the second time, a magazine falls on the floor. When the CCTV scene is played, the magazine is gone and it has been replaced with two leaflets.
Continuity mistake: The plane that took off when Cameron boarded has its engine on the wings. In the external view of the same plane when Tom was fighting the bad guy, the engine is on the fuselage. (00:06:25 - 00:12:15)
Continuity mistake: During the freeway car chase, Roy lands in a convertible with a Great Dane in thee front passenger seat. In the next shot, the dog is transformed to a shaggy dog.
Continuity mistake: On the island, when June grabs her cell phone the way her index finger is positioned differs between the front and back shots.
Continuity mistake: When Roy exits the tunnel the car's front left wheel is either straight or skewed, and 10 centimeters away from the yellow line, or half a meter, depending on the shot.
Continuity mistake: When June swerves to avoid crashing against the truck, the black minivan that flipped in the air a second ago and laid on the road is magically gone, plus the traffic is moving as if nothing had happened.
Continuity mistake: When the little boy hands Roy his sunglasses, they turn around 180ยบ between shots. Also the kids swaps from facing him to facing sideways.
Continuity mistake: During the car chase, when Roy is on top of June's car and enters the tunnel, the rear window's previous huge cracks are replaced for small bullet holes.
Revealing mistake: After Roy abducts June in the diner and shoots Rodney he takes off and skids the car. Skid marks with the same pattern are all over the pavement from previous shots.
