Plot hole: When John arrives at Diana's crash scene, he has no reason to believe that she was involved in the accident. He doesn't know what she was driving. He would have just assumed it was someone else and kept driving through. But instead, he gets out of his car and asks where the children are, just assuming it was Diana there, for no logical reason.
