Sanjuro and the clan rescue the Chamberlain. After the rescue, Sanjuro heads off to parts unknown and the clan follows him down the road. Suddenly, he is challenged to a duel by one of the lead conspirators that kidnapped the Chamberlain. Sanjuro kills him quickly, warns the clan not to follow and he continues walking down the road...
