Corrected entry: A phone call comes through on Grady's secret cell phone once his fiancee, Gray, is staying in his room. From everything we've seen this is at least a few weeks after Grady's death, and nobody knew about the phone, yet the screen shows a fully charged battery.

Continuity mistake: Dennis finds that Sam had possibly overdosed on Gray's medication and he is sitting at the table with his robe opened. When Dennis tries to move Sam and he falls to the floor, his robe is closed.
