Character mistake: The dockhand pronounces his name and is credited in the end roll as "Darick the dockhand". However, when Julie discovers his body in her closet, the nametag says "Darrick". (00:50:15)
Character mistake: It's OK for people under pressure not to think rationally, but Tyrell (and not the killer) says with assuredness that "there is only one guy missing" and focuses entirely on him. Technically true, the only "guy" is Estes, but still there is one other person missing, Nancy, and nobody wonders where she is, despite being the person they all interacted with the most since the beginning. The movie wants you to forget about her, but no group of real people would. (01:04:45)
Character mistake: In the end credits, it is written that it was "Filmed on location at El Tecuan Marina Resort, Costalegre, Jalisco, Mexico." It's Costalegre, no double e's. (01:39:10)

Answer: Besides the name? Which is kinda brilliant in a Glass Onion/The Last of Sheila sort of way, being incredibly obvious in retrospect. No particular hint. There are, in retrospect, some hints disguised as jokes, like "What if I don't have happy memories of my childhood?" on the plane to the Bahamas, or throwaway lines like Julie's very first time talking to him when she mentions that she is feeling the serial killer breathing on her neck at that very moment, but no direct references to the lineage.
