Vince (Dax Shepard) wins the tiebreaker competition of scanning items... until Semi reveals with a security tape that Vince cheated by passing items behind his back and not checking them through the cash register (which also means that products have been given away for free). The award for employee of the month goes to Zack (Dane Cook). Amy (Jessica Simpson) and Zack kiss. Six weeks later: Vince is working at Maxi Mart and can't be too far from the store or a device on his ankle will go off. He asks Jorge for a ride to the bus stop and he drives far enough so the device on Vince's ankle will go off.
