Other mistake: The old man is plowing the field in front of Belle's old residence. The little girl picks up the doll. A second before the cut, the girl lifts her eyes from the doll and does not look at her pops, or around; she looks right at the fourth wall and smiles, waiting for her cue. (00:01:50)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning, Belle dismounts from the horse and gets in front of Mammy Lou. Her hands are lowered in the wide angle but raised in the closer view. (00:04:00)

Audio problem: Right at the beginning, a man is using a horse to plough a field, and behind him is a little girl, who finds an old doll that has been churned up by the plough. The little girl says,"Grandpa, look what I found." Grandpa and the horse stop working, but then he says, "Whoa, Nellie," to the horse, which has already been stopped for a while. (00:01:50)
