Corrected entry: In the courtroom scene, James Franco is standing in front of the board, and you can see Tyrese sitting to the side. Tyrese plays a Marine in the movie but he is wearing a Seaman's White Dress Uniform in the courtroom. Marines don't have white uniforms. Those who have the DVD can see him on the cover as well wearing a Cheif's cover.

Factual error: During the brigade final bout, the boxing coach, McNally, queries Huarte's mentor, Lieutenant Commander Burton, and calls him, "Lieutentant". No instructor at the Naval Academy would make such a rank mistake.

Correction: At Annapolis, all Midshipmen wear Navy uniforms. On the cover of the DVD as well as on the movie poster, Tyrese is wearing a Midshipman's cover, not a Chief's. Chief's combination covers have a black band, while officer's wear gold.
