Revealing mistake: A woman cuts her finger on a miniature ninja doll sword, but she only touches the blunt back of it. (00:18:45)

Continuity mistake: When Braden gets out of his car in front of Caifano's building there is a close up shot of three doormen, the two on the left are stood very close together and one on the right is further away. Then cut to another angle and all three doormen are spaced differently. (00:19:47)

Revealing mistake: If you watch the scene when Caifano buys information off the homeless man, when his limousine pulls up on the pavement you can see people stood in the windows of the building behind watching the filming. (00:23:51)

Continuity mistake: The blowdart pipe that Braden pulls out of his bag is totally different to the one he pokes through the slat of the curtain to kill his target. The one from the bag is bamboo and thick and the one he uses is black and much thinner. (00:26:26)

Continuity mistake: The throwing stars which Braden uses to kill the one-eyed informant change from the time he throws them to the time they hit the guy. When Caifano picks up the body of the one-eyed informant, his right eye is bulging out. But after he says, "What the s**t is this?" his eye is back to normal formation. (00:26:35)

Continuity mistake: When Cho is fighting the three thieves (who have stolen his dolls) outside his showroom there is a moment when the bad guy wearing all denim is knocked down against a staircase, Cho then moves to grab another bad guy as he attempts to flee up a separate staircase and in this shot the denim guy has vanished from the scene. (00:35:45)

Visible crew/equipment: When Cho is fighting the thieves in the street one of them tries to smash a barrel over his head but Cho knocks him out and the man drops the barrel as he collapses. If you watch as the barrel drops you can see the shadow of the camera cast on it. It's too narrow to be anything else in the scene. (00:39:02)

Visible crew/equipment: After Cho jumps on top of the thug van and falls off the roof, hanging off the driver's side near the back of the van, the back corner of the film crew's truck bed is visible in the lower right corner of the screen for a moment. (00:39:10)

Continuity mistake: The van's windshield gets destroyed when Cho drop kicks it, but a later shot shows that it is still intact. (00:39:20)

Continuity mistake: When Cho finds his mother dead she is sat on a wheeled platform of some kind. I'm not sure of its purpose and it wasn't present when she was killed. (00:43:35 - 00:45:06)

Continuity mistake: When Cathy is being attacked on the bed by the sumo wrestler there is a green article of clothing lying near her head and a length of wood that both vanish suddenly between shots. (00:47:00)

Continuity mistake: When Cho and his friend confront the thugs at the park, when they talk at the start they are in the open air with nothing overhead but when the fight breaks out they are suddenly underneath the adventure playground without having actually moved. (00:49:45)

Continuity mistake: In the scene when Cho & Dave Hatcher confront the thugs in the park, one thug is on the right, at the back, holding a radio. He says, "Oh look, here come the policemen. I wonder what they want with us this time?" In the next shot, the radio is on the park bench, in front of his knees. (00:51:25)

Revealing mistake: When Cho is climbing up the building near the end of the film the whole wall shakes each time he presses the claws into the concrete, revealing some kind of substitute was used for the brickwork. (01:07:17)

Visible crew/equipment: When Cathy is being slowly drowned in the hot tub there is a shot were we see Braden's tattooed henchman playing around with his nunchucks and just above his head you can see a clear shadow of the boom mic dip into the shot and is then quickly pulled away again. (01:09:19)

Revealing mistake: When Braden throws the mini knife into Chifano's hand at the end of the film, Chifano turns his hand around, and the point of the blade is at a lower position than where the handle and the rest of the blade entered into his hand. (01:14:40)

Visible crew/equipment: During the final fight between Cho and Braden on the rooftop, Braden sets off a smoke bomb and disappears, when Cho jumps up the chain link fence in search of him there is some kind of equipment attached to the bottom right of the camera lens. (01:15:47)

Continuity mistake: When Braden is confronted by Cho's mother, she throws a blade at him, which he catches and throws back, sticking it in her shoulder. She uses a blowgun and there are two shots of her with the blade in her shoulder and blood on her clothes from the wound. However, when she misses there is a shot of her using a smoke ball where there is nothing in her shoulder, nor is there any blood on her clothes.

Continuity mistake: Just before Cho kills Braden in the final fight, they use ninja-to (swords), but then suddenly the scene jumps to the swords lying on the ground and Braden using a dagger, which Cho drives into its wielder's belly.

Factual error: Star shuriken, despite common misconception, are not inherently deadly weapons. They were mostly used for distraction, since their lack of a single weighted point makes their attack rather inefficient (although the weapon could be coated with poison). Although it is possible to hit an eye, it is very difficult to hit such a small target or scoring a sufficiently deep wound to penetrate to the brain with a star shuriken.

Lieutenant Dire: You talk to me, you son of a bitch. Now somebody's muscling in and I want to know who the fuck it is.
Chifano: That's my bag of apples.
Lieutenant Dire: And mine.
Chifano: Bullshit! You guys celebrate downtown every time one of us gets the clap. What the fuck do you want from me, Dire?
Lieutenant Dire: I want a name. I want addresses. I've got nothing.
Chifano: Then you've got what I've got. shit.
