The Goonies

The Goonies find the pirate ship and treasure and escape the giant cave with the help of Sloth. All the Goonies are reunited with their parents. Mikey (Sean Astin) saves his house thanks to a few precious gems from One Eyed Willy's treasure. The bad guys are arrested and the pirate ship sails off.

Answer: According to Mikey and Mr. Walsh, one of his crewmen must have taken the map and fled when One Eyed Willie was murdering his crew. This is substantiated in the novelization.
