Continuity mistake: When Mr. Collins introduces himself to Mr. Darcy, Mary is behind them, talking to her parents. However, you can hear Mary singing at the piano (in the next room) at the same time, and then go on to see her there in the next scene. (00:40:20)

Mr. Darcy: Mr. Gardiner, are you fond of fishing?
Mr. Gardiner: Oh, very much.
Mr. Darcy: Can I persuade you to accompany me down to the lake this afternoon? It's very well-stocked, and its inhabitants have been left in peace for far too long.
Mr. Gardiner: I would be delighted.

Trivia: Although never mentioned in the film, Mr. Darcy's first name is Fitzwilliam, as seen in his letter to Elizabeth.
