Dean manages to destroy Sara's eggs in the fusion reactor, and Amelia is destroyed with it. Dean saves Sara from falling and creates the perfect alien for her to mate with. Sara and her boyfriend go to live in the woods, however Dean managed to make the boyfriend sterile so the 'species' cannot pro-create.
