Other mistake: When the sun comes up over the mountains on Crematoria, it shines full view on Riddick's face and makes his goggles see-through. You can see Riddick's eyes without the contact lenses used to represent his nightvision.

The Chronicles of Riddick (2004)
1 other mistake - chronological order
Directed by: David Twohy
Starring: Judi Dench, Vin Diesel, Karl Urban, Thandie Newton, Colm Feore
Continuity mistake: At the Crematoria mountain, Kira gets stuck in a small hole after the sunrise. She tries to climb again, but the rocks are so hot, she can't even touch them. She crouches and talks to Riddick for a while. Then, while standing up again, she touches the rock wall, but doesn't appear to experience any discomfort from the supposedly baking hot surface. Toombs: [Arriving at Crematoria] If I owned this place and Hell, I'd rent this place out, and live in Hell.
Trivia: In the opening scenes of the movie there are several massive statues representing necromongers. These statues are also in the film Batman. They are right in front of the building when the goons announce that they will be running Jack Palance's company.
Question: Why was that one guy walking around with a knife in his back? Were some of the other Necromongers that way too?

Answer: In the novelization they say that Irgun received the wound but because the knife was so near the spine it would require major surgery to remove it. He opted to leave it in.
