Continuity mistake: In the scene where Captain S. Melly and Sergeant Major "Tiger" Bloomer are testing the air raid siren, the handle of the siren gets caught between Bloomer's legs and you can see he is not wearing his headphones, but in the next shot he suddenly has them on.

Revealing mistake: When the toggle on the gun is pulled back that supposedly injures Captain S. Melly's fingers, it doesn't actually make contact with them.
