Easter egg: The word Thirteen appears very briefly (a couple of seconds at most) as the main menu loads but is not clickable. However a video of the "Zen Chicken" can be accessed by disassembling the DVD to your PC. You can then save the video as a separate file.

Continuity mistake: When Evie and Tracy go to the park, they walk down a stretch of grass, after Evie makes a drug sale. She stops two guys to make another sale. As she stops them, there is a boy with a helmet and skateboard running behind them. The shot then cuts to a close-up and suddenly the boy is standing next to the two guys. Then the shot cuts again, and the boy is running behind them again. (00:20:35)

Trivia: Mentioned on Commentary - the poster at the bus stop "Beauty is Truth" is a picture of Nikki Reed's (Evie) eyes on another woman's face. The picture is supposedly symbolic because each time we see the poster it is more graffitied/ruined, symbolising how Evie is making Tracy more out-of-control and dirty (e.g. introducing her to drugs and sex.).
