The house-arrest monitor (Tim Blake Nelson) gives Cherish nine hours to find the real killer. She runs all over San Francisco after realizing the voice on the radio was the real killer, then loses her bag at his house. He finds it, goes back to her house, where the cops and the monitor are there. A struggle ensues, she escapes, while the killer is caught.
