Continuity mistake: When Pamela enters the kitchen you can see the toaster isn't on (the button isn't pushed down and the lights aren't switched on). Suddenly, two slices of toast pop out, the button goes up and the lights are switched on. (00:02:35)
Continuity mistake: When Tom comes down to the cellar and calls for George, George is standing by a window. In the next shot, George is standing beside Sue and not near the window. (01:00:10)
Continuity mistake: When Cindy gets to the oracle she bumps into a pillar with a vase on it. The pillar falls to the side. In the next shot the pillar is standing straight again. (00:40:40)
Continuity mistake: When Tabitha raises her arms against Brenda, water is dripping from her arms. When it cuts there is no water dripping. (00:25:10)
Continuity mistake: When Pamela hits Jenny with the pillow you can see a basket or something lying on the floor on the right side of the television table. But when Jenny lands on the floor the basket is gone. (00:01:25)
Continuity mistake: When Cindy enters Brenda's room you see her approach a chair with a folder lying on it. When it cuts suddenly a videotape appears under the folder. (00:35:05)
Continuity mistake: When the toasts pop out of the toaster, suddenly a piece of toast appears on the microwave behind Pamela. (00:02:50)
Other mistake: When we first get to see Tom's house it is that there is nothing else than a corn field on the left side of the entrance to the house. Later when we see Tom running out of the house looking for Sue, trees and bushes suddenly appear on the left side instead of the corn field. Also the above shot of the house property later doesn't match what we've seen earlier. (00:03:50 - 00:04:35)
Continuity mistake: When George chucks a paint bucket at a cyclist, the man falls off his bike. Between shots, the way the bicycle faces changes. (00:38:10)
Continuity mistake: After Tom blows his nose on the Sheriff's hand, he wipes his nose with his hand. But in the next shot his arm is down by his side. (00:07:35)
Continuity mistake: When Annie put her arm around Tom, you see her putting her arm on his shoulder. In the next shot her arm isn't on his shoulder, but on his waist. (00:29:45)
Continuity mistake: When Cindy gets back home and George lies unconscious you see some dice lying on the table and nothing beside them. When there is a closeup of the dice suddenly there is a Yahtzee paper close to the dice. (00:43:45)
Continuity mistake: When the first rapper is done you see him holding the microphone in his left hand. When it cuts he hasn't got it in his left hand anymore. (00:16:55)
Continuity mistake: When Tom and George meet outside the house, the sun isn't shining. But when we see the dogs the sun is shining. Then again the sun isn't shining anymore. (00:04:40)
Continuity mistake: When Becca hits Katie with a cushion, she goes flying off of the bed to the floor. Between a wide shot and a closeup the angle Katie falls changes. (00:01:25)
Continuity mistake: When Brenda unplugs the TV because it keeps turning itself on, under the TV in a little compartment you can see three stacks of videos and they are piled up untidily. But when the TV starts to leak, the videos are piled up neatly and also the video cases have changed and the video piles have moved further apart. (00:24:15)
Continuity mistake: When Brenda is eating a mouthful of popcorn you see one of her skirt's laces are crossing her knee. In the next shot both laces are hanging straight down. (00:25:00)
Continuity mistake: When Brenda goes to fetch the popcorn from the living room, the little table she gets the popcorn from has a couch beside it. When she picks the popcorn up the couch is about a foot away from the table, but when Brenda fights Tabitha, the couch is now right beside the table. (00:24:00 - 00:25:30)
Continuity mistake: Right before Mahalik tells the DJ to "spin that s*it* for the second time in the movie you see a guy wearing a blue/red cap standing beside the DJ. When it cuts to a closeup of the DJ a guy in a white hood is standing beside him. (00:18:55)
Continuity mistake: When Father Muldoon arrives he lights two candles on a table. The candles weren't on the table earlier, but they suddenly appear after Muldoon knocks on the door (visible on the far left side of the screen when Cindy approaches the door). Then they disappear and appear again. (00:12:45)
Answer: It was an alien in a Michael Jackson skin. He shed it and ran off into the bushes.
