Other mistake: After the concert, when Dewey is telling Gordon how awesome the lights were, Eleni calls him Jack. The actor that plays Dewey is Jack Black. (This mistake is mentioned in the Kids Kommentary [sic].) (01:35:40)

Other mistake: During the credits when the band is having class, Dewey starts singing, "Credits got to roll. Look at that name there. I do not know that guy." While he sings that he pretends to follow one of the rolling names with his finger. Only problem is he's going the wrong way. He's scrolling down, but the credits are scrolling up. (Though an explanation is offered on the commentary, this is still a mistake within the film.)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Dewey and Ms. Mullins are in the bar, the shots from behind Ms. Mullins sitting down show that her left hand is on the table. However, the shots showing the front of Ms. Mullins show her arms folded.

Question: Perhaps a weird question but why did Patty call the cops when she found out Dewey was posing as Ned? Wasn't that ridiculous since it didn't really seem like too much of a crime - as Dewey said to Patty "it's not like I murdered anybody"?

Answer: It's fraud at the end of the day. And in doing so he has put the kids at risk, and possibly ruined Ned's reputation.
