Trivia: Marc McClure, who plays the delivery driver named Boris actually played Anna's (she was then called Annabelle) crush, Boris, in the original "Freaky Friday" (1976).

Trivia: At the end of the movie, Grandpa and Harry almost switch bodies. Actually, there is a sequel to the book where the dad and the son do switch bodies.

Trivia: In the wedding scene at the end, Jamie Lee Curtis's husband, actor/director Christopher Guest, is in the crowd shots as a wedding guest.

Trivia: The man holding the baby at the wedding is the film's director, Mark Waters.

Trivia: Lindsay's mom is an extra in the wedding scene, she danced with someone ( it may have been Lindsay's dad, not sure) off to the right when you see Lindsay's back when she is dancing with Jake.
