Corrected entry: When Jim Belushi and Linda Hamilton go to the Miniature Golf Course, the song "Gimme Some Lovin'" by the Spencer Davis Group is playing. As part of the intro to the song, one lyric is to yell "Hey". The scene shows Jim Belushi lip synching this, but he does so one measure too soon. (01:19:40)

Correction: The song is part of a music montage. Larry (Jim Belushi) & Ellen (Linda Hamilton) are only hearing the song in the diner. By the time they get to the mini golf course, they no longer hear the song. What Larry in fact is doing is yelling "Okay" to Ellen, so she knows she can open her eyes.

Corrected entry: When Courtney Cox fires the gun at Belushi she is holding a .45 automatic. The standard clip holds around 8 rounds and she fires well over that amount. Also with EVERY automatic handgun when the clip empties the slide locks back, which it didn't in the movie.

Correction: NOT every automatic's slide stays open when emptied - I have 2 and neither of them stays open.

Mr. Destiny mistake picture

Continuity mistake: Toward the end, when James Belushi swerves to miss his dog in the middle of the street he crashes his car into a parked car and then roll to a stop. Notice before the camera cuts to a frontal shot of the wrecked car, that there is a huge spider crack in the windshield, as if James hit it with his head. This huge spider crack then disappears once the camera cuts to the frontal shot and the windshield is in perfect shape. (01:33:45)

Trivia: When Larry tries to prove that they were married before, Ellen asks him to name the song playing on the radio when she was ticketed as a teenager. The song was "Give Me Some Loving," a song done many times by the Blues Brothers, initially starring Jim Belushi, but a role James took on after Jim's death.
