Factual error: The DA says that Madonna is a suspect because the dead millionaire left her a huge amount of money in his will. He calls this 'Probable Cause'. For a DA and supposed expert at law, he should know that this would be a 'Motive' to murder the guy, not 'Probable Cause'.
Body of Evidence (1993)
1 factual error
Directed by: Uli Edel
Starring: Julianne Moore, Willem Dafoe, Joe Mantegna, Anne Archer, Madonna, Charles Hallahan
Other mistake: In the scene where Madonna is pouring candle wax on Defoe, once they start having sex (with Madonna on top), you can clearly see Defoe's manhood poking out where it shouldn't. I realise they're not actually having sex, but shouldn't it be taped up out of sight?
Rebecca Carlson: There's nothing wrong with admitting that you want me, Frank.
Trivia: This movie is often compared to the movie "Basic Instinct," which was made the year before. It may not be a coincidence that Frank's wife is named Sharon and his son is Michael. "Basic Instinct" stars Michael Douglas and Sharon Stone.
