Continuity mistake: When Fievel is standing beneath the stove near a hot piece of coal, his hands are placed on his backside. But in the next shot he's seen reaching for his backside just before being burned by the coal. (00:15:15)

Continuity mistake: During "There Are No Cats in America" Papa finishes singing his piece, holding a blue hat in his right hand. But the hat vanishes between shots, right before the first chorus begins. (00:12:10)

Continuity mistake: After Tony whistles at Fievel from atop the Hester Street lamppost, Fievel's blue hat can be seen lying in a puddle. But between shots the hat moves itself onto dry ground. (00:33:25)

Continuity mistake: When Fievel is wandering the streets alone, he finds a small piece of cheese on the ground. But the number of holes in the cheese changes with every shot, right before it gets snatched up by another passerby. (00:30:20)

Continuity mistake: During the rally at Mausheimer Park, Fievel steps up to the podium and whispers a plan into Gussie's megaphone. When Honest John asks to hear it, Gussie can be seen holding the megaphone's handle with three fingers as she speaks to him. But once the shot changes, she suddenly has only two fingers on the handle. (00:45:20)

Continuity mistake: After Fievel sinks his teeth into Warren T. Rat's left arm from behind a mirror, he howls in pain. In this shot, the reflection of Warren T.'s teeth isn't reversed like it should be. (00:51:25)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning when Tanya is looking into a mirror admiring her new orange headscarf, she turns completely around towards the dining room between shots. (00:03:55)

Continuity mistake: When Henri and Fievel land upon the Statue of Liberty during "Never Say Never", the statue's tablet is positioned right up against the cloak. But one shot later the tablet is extended far out into the air instead. (00:22:10)

Continuity mistake: In the sewer where Fievel is trying to evade the cats - at the point where he's on a roller skate heading downhill into the path of a live bear trap - several notches on the skate's belt disappear between shots. (00:52:10)

Continuity mistake: Between the overhead and underwater views of an apple falling into a barrel of herring, the barrel's wooden cover completely changes shape. It's missing a large triangular-shaped section in the shot where Papa makes his appearance. (00:10:25)

Continuity mistake: During the storm, Fievel gets carried off on a bar of soap. Upon making his way to the staircase he's seen five steps down below the swinging door, ducking for cover as a wave crashes into the lower deck seconds later. But after the wave passes by, he looks up at the swinging door from the sixth step instead - having not moved from his place through it all. (00:16:15)

Continuity mistake: When the Giant Mouse of Minsk is racing towards the other cats huddled at end of the pier, Warren T. Rat is briefly missing his nightcap in one shot. (01:04:20)

Continuity mistake: Throughout the orphan alley scene, from the point where Fievel gets taunted by a gang of bullies until he hears Papa's violin in the distance, the slanted window in the background is broken in different places from one shot to the other. At one point is has no visible breaks anywhere at all. (01:08:30)

Continuity mistake: When Fievel is first heading down the storm drain, as he believes his father is playing his violin, he leaves his hat on the surface, but a few seconds later he is seen holding the hat as he gets closer to the gang of cats.
