Continuity mistake: When Cozy Heart Penguin realizes that the cloud clipper has been seized by a whirlpool, Love-a-Lot and Funshine Bear grab on to the starboard side. Beneath the surface is the evil spirit's fish, churning the water. Once it stops swimming around, two subsequent overhead shot of the cloud clipper suddenly reveal a couple of different Care Bears on the starboard side. (00:37:10)
Continuity mistake: When Wish Bear gets ready to toss a star buddy and rope into the sky, she starts off by holding the rope in both hands. But in the next shot she's only using her right hand. (00:37:40)
Continuity mistake: As the cloud clipper is rotating in the evil spirit's whirlpool, Wish Bear ties a rope around the star buddy and tosses it into the air for Lotsa Heart Elephant to catch on shore. As the clipper is being hauled from the whirlpool, Wish Bear runs to the starboard side. However, in the next shot, she can be seen at the bow peering into the star-o-scope. (00:37:40)
Continuity mistake: When Grumpy Bear is performing repairs on the rainbow rescue beam, Good Luck Bear directs his attention to the ailing caring meter for a moment. Next, Grumpy slides back underneath the control panel to resume his work - at which point the white patch on his tummy beneath the symbol is visible. After Good Luck generates a four-leaf clover, Grumpy slides out yet again; but now the white patch has turned completely blue. (00:39:00)
Continuity mistake: When Grumpy Bear is trying to fix the broken rainbow rescue beam after the cloud quakes, he seems to be missing a part that's shaped like a lollipop with a bent stick, having two small pink hearts positioned on either side. Just then, Good Luck Bear walks down a ramp and happens upon a lollipop, which is good enough for Grumpy. But in the following shot where Grumpy praises Baby Hugs and Tugs, one of the small pink hearts has disappeared. (00:39:35)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the evil spirit's purple tree threatens Kim and Jason, Braveheart Lion leaves the others behind to scout ahead for a moment. As he speaks, notice how Playful Heart Monkey's tail is lying on the clouds beneath him. But in the next shot where everyone breathes a sigh of relief, his tail is suddenly standing upright. Continuity mistake: When Playful Heart Monkey starts playing charades near the evil spirit's tree, a limb suddenly swoops down to grab Kim and Jason. Initially the tree has green eyes, but for a brief moment they change over to black, then back to green. (00:40:00)
Continuity mistake: When the evil spell takes over the tree in the Forest of Feelings, Swift Heart Rabbit bites though the branches of the trees to free the Care Bears. Friend Bear is a light orange colour, but when Brave Heart Lion catches her she is pink. (00:40:40)
Continuity mistake: After the evil spirit's tree picks up Kim and Jason with its limbs, Friend Bear shouts "You asked for it!" and starts running over to confront it. In this shot, two small red hearts are visible on both of her sides, though they're only supposed to appear on a Care Bear's right side. (00:40:45)
Continuity mistake: When the evil spell takes over the tree in the Forest of Feelings, Brave Heart Lion has his symbol on his belly in the shot as Swift Heart rabbit is coming to the rescue. They don't get their symbols until the end of the movie. (00:41:05)
Continuity mistake: When Swift Heart Rabbit darts over to the evil spirit's tree, she first encounters Secret Bear - who is tangled in a vine surrounded by colorful leaves. However, the tree only had solid purple leaves initially. (00:41:05)
Continuity mistake: When Swift Heart Rabbit taunts the evil spirit's tree, a large vine with four fingers swings around to chase her. After she circles the first branch a moment later, the same vine is shown having only three fingers. (00:41:25)
Continuity mistake: When the Care Bears and Cousins are in the boat sailing down the river, just before they enter the cave the Care Bear steering the boat does not have a symbol on his tummy. (00:42:00)
Continuity mistake: When Tenderheart and the other Care Bears begin sailing through a canyon in the Forest of Feelings, nobody is standing on the cloud Clipper's bow where the star-o-scope is mounted. But moments later after Tenderheart says, "We're going for a ride!", Wish Bear is suddenly there at the bow holding on for dear life as the waters start to rage. (00:42:45)
Continuity mistake: As the cloud clipper is racing through a canyon in the Forest of Feelings, Tenderheart Bear says "We're going for a ride!" Here, the steering wheel is shown. It's composed of four posts running through the center of the hub, each having two handles on either side of the rim. At any rate, the Care Bears soon enter a dark cave and must slow to a crawl. Moments later, Bright Heart Raccoon directs the clipper away from a big rock. When he says "Whew, that was close!" take a look over his left shoulder and notice how the steering wheel now has a completely different fashion - there are only handles mounted around the rim, and no posts run through it at all. Continuity mistake: When the Care Bears and Cousins are sailing down the river, Tenderheart exclaims "We're going for a ride!" In the next shot, Bright Heart Raccoon can be seen perched on the ship's helm. However, he isn't supposed to appear there until the ship exits the cave. (00:42:50)
Continuity mistake: When Tenderheart is navigating the cloud clipper, Lotsa Heart warns of a cave nearby. As they make way through the opening and slow to a crawl, nobody is anywhere near the helm. (00:42:55)
Continuity mistake: As the cloud clipper approaches the far end of the cave, Funshine and Share Bear can be seen at the starboard front and back, respectively. After Funshine says "I see light up ahead," the two bears have changed positions. (00:43:30)
Continuity mistake: Lotsa Heart Elephant is briefly drawn without his pink tail in a shot right before the cloud clipper drifts over the waterfall's edge. (00:44:20)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Tenderheart's cloud clipper approaches a waterfall, the other Care Bears team up to make a red balloon which carries it to safety. In the first distant view of the clipper being lifted, Lotsa Heart Elephant is standing near the helm; but in the next shot when Tenderheart says "Well done," he is now looking down below over the starboard side with Bright Heart Raccoon.
