Continuity mistake: When Grove is shooting at Remo with the handgun and Remo is ducking the bullets, the trees behind Remo change position throughout the scene.

Continuity mistake: When Grove starts shooting at Remo who is holding onto the tree, you see Remo holding on with both arms wrapped around the tree, but when the camera angle changes he is now holding on with one arm wrapped around the tree.

Continuity mistake: When Mac gets attacked by the dog, he lets the dog grab onto his fake arm and you see from the rear camera angle his other arm reaching into his jacket to release his fake arm. The camera angle changes and his arm is now at his side and you see him reach into his jacket again to release the fake arm.

Continuity mistake: When Chiun asks Remo if there is something he needs to ask him, (after Remo finds out Chiun will have to kill him to protect C.U.R.E.), you see Chiun take off his glasses and look to the side as he asks the question. The camera angle changes and he still looking straight ahead and then you see him turn his head to the side again.

Continuity mistake: Right before Maj. Fleming walks out of the office building, you see the guy with the great teeth sitting in his car with both hands on the steering wheel. The camera angle changes and you now see one had on his collar and the other on the seat of the car pushing the camera button.

Continuity mistake: Right after Remo and the Major escape the Gas chamber, you see them walking through the woods and when they start walking down a hill, Remo turns to help her and she is seen extending both arms out to grab him. The camera angle changes and you now see the Major extending only one arm to grab onto Remo.

Continuity mistake: When Remo, the Major, and Chiun are driving the out of control truck you can see the Major moving to the left and right before they do as Remo turns the steering wheel.

Continuity mistake: Right before Chiun throws the rings onto the bottles at the carnival, you see the carnival guy standing there with his hands in his pockets but when the camera angle changes he standing there holding a few of the rings in his hands.

Continuity mistake: When Remo is sliding down the rope at the Statue Of Liberty, you can see his hands above his head and then at his chest as the camera angle changes. Happens about 3 times during the scene.

Continuity mistake: When Remo goes to the warehouse to see the secret project, you see him grab onto a cable and slide down it with the aide of a pulley but when Remo gets to the end of the wire the pulley is gone.

Continuity mistake: When Remo and the Major are walking through the woods, Remo hears something and walks around a tree to see what it is. You then see Remo being thrown from behind the tree but you can see that the person being thrown was standing on a platform that was erected behind the tree that is about 5 feet off the ground.

Continuity mistake: When Remo and the Major are in the gas chamber, you see the Major passing out and falling near the wall, but she changes positions atleast three times during the scene.

Continuity mistake: When Remo runs up to the crashed truck with Chiun in it, you see the windshield from the truck resting against the door, but when the camera angle changes to a close up of Remo pulling the door away the windshield is gone.

Continuity mistake: When breaking out of the HARP facility, Remo puts a front-end loader in drive and bails off it before it crashes through the electric fence. The loader continues driving forward into the field beyond the fence; the motor is still running and it is still in drive. When Remo runs out, the loader has backed up and is now just outside the fence.

Continuity mistake: After getting out of the wrecked truck, Chiun had a door handle in his hand. While talking to Remo, and tapping Fleming's wrist to silence her, the handle is nowhere to be seen. In the long shot after saying "Lesson twenty-two, Blessed Silence", he suddenly has it back in his hand and tosses it into the wreckage.

Continuity mistake: While making his way around Grove Industries, Remo is wearing black sneakers. When walking the wire to get away from the dog, the shoes have changed to the the type worn by high wire walkers.

Continuity mistake: When Remo walks across the wire, he dares the dog to do the same. When the dog does, you can tell he's walking across the top of the wall.

Continuity mistake: The shoes Remo wears look like standard black sneakers when the dog grabs his foot. But when he walks across the wire, the shoes change to a tightrope walker's shoes.

Continuity mistake: As Mac is listening in the CURE office, he's reading through a manual, and his right hand is bare. After a quick cut to the computer screen, the manual is gone and he suddenly has his glove on.
