Continuity mistake: In the meeting room with Frankie and Nino he offers Frankie the fruit bowl, then the next shot shows the bowl back in position on the table before you hear him set it back down. (00:23:10)
Revealing mistake: When the crack house has been shut down and they're having a meeting to find out what went wrong, Wesley Snipes stabs one of the crew in the hand with a small sword. But the next shot (just for a split second) shows the sword in the table with his hand next to it, not stabbed. A couple of cuts later the sword has been pulled from the table and the apparent victim is in considerable pain. (00:56:00 - 00:57:00)
Continuity mistake: Near the beginning, when the Jamaican hustler on the street is 'informed' that his services are no longer needed, the girl sticks the gun to the side of his head, and blood spurts out from his head right as the shot is fired, instead of after.
Character mistake: After Pookie is killed (with his eyes open) and the bomb is strapped to him, he blinks his eyes.
Continuity mistake: When Wesley Snipes and the gang are in the meeting office, Wesley is eating a banana. It shrinks in one shot, then goes back to the size it was.
Continuity mistake: After Nino Brown's crack house is blown up he has a meeting with his crew where he stabs one of his partners in the hand with his sword. when he takes it out there is blood on about half the sword. The sword didn't go that deep into his hand.
Visible crew/equipment: When Stone (with baby), Appleton, and Pookie are walking on the beach, the shadow of a boom mike passes over Appleton's hat.
Continuity mistake: During the first "board meeting" with Nino, the girl pours some crack from the bottle on the table. A shot of the table shows no crack on the table, and the same bottle is held up again and it is full.
Continuity mistake: When Kareem brings in Pookie to talk to Gee Money about being promoted, the point of view switches back and forth from being in the room with them to the view from Pookie's hidden camera. Gee Money is talking on the phone during this exchange, and his hands change positions wildly several times when the camera changes viewpoints.
Continuity mistake: When Scotty is beating Nino up on the fire escape it's dark in one shot, then in the next shot it's broad daylight and people start to come outside.
Revealing mistake: When a man is stabbed in the hand with a sword, the sword is just in the table.
Continuity mistake: When Stone (with baby), Appleton, and Pookie are walking on the beach, the baby is awake, then Stone turns to walk the other way, and the baby is in a deep sleep.
