Scotty Appleton (Ice-T) gets made by one of Nino Brown's (Snipes) men and triggers a shootout in a warehouse. The Duh-Duh Man is killed. Gee Money (Payne) is killed by Nino, for once again putting his business at risk by recruiting an undercover cop. Nick Peretti (Nelson) and Scotty capture Nino and beat him up on the streets, while being cheered on by the pedestrians. The woman Nino had shot to prove his loyalty was Scotty's mother. Nino gets only a year in prison, but outside the courtroom, the Old Man shoots Nino, and he falls to the bottom floor of the building. Scotty and Nick walk off without any reaction what so ever.
