Trivia: The woman that gets her breast grabbed by Frank was played by Lorali Hart. Lorali also appeared in the first Naked Gun film as the woman on the ledge who gets both her breasts grabbed by Frank.

Trivia: In the credits, after the entry for weapons handler, there's a credit for concealed weapons handler, a Leon Czolgosz. In case you were wondering, Czolgosz was the anarchist who killed President McKinely in 1901 at the Pan-American Exhibition in Buffalo (New York) by concealing a handgun under a bandage.

Trivia: The wedding flashback was originally filmed a few years earlier as the ending of the second NAKED GUN but cut from the film.

Trivia: At the end of the movie, when a man is sitting in his plane seat, he's reading a Playboy magazine that features Anna Nicole Smith, who played a main character, on the cover.

Trivia: Olympia Dukakis appears, uncredited, as herself. She is cousins with former presidential nominee Michael Dukakis. Michael Dukakis' picture was used in a gag in Naked Gun 2 1/2.

Trivia: At the end of the wedding scene, Frank and Jane drive away in the Eco-friendly Solar Car that was being unveiled in the second movie.

Trivia: Charlotte Zucker, who played Ludwig's assistant Dominique in the first film, appears in this film as the nurse at the fertility clinic who tells Frank to take a number.

Continuity mistake: When Frank is going to look for a disguise he drives into a parking meter. The way the parking meter lies on the hood of the car changes between shots. (00:18:20)
