Continuity mistake: When Kaiba tells Yugi "I told you so" after the Pharaoh returns, there is a shadow on his coat. The shadow is shown going over the KC logo, but when the shot cuts, the shadow is further down the coat and is no longer cast on the logo. (01:58:18)
Continuity mistake: When the Pharaoh draws a card from his deck, he extends his arm behind his back after drawing the card. His hand is rotated to the right slightly after extending his arm, but when the shot cuts, his hand is straight. (01:55:36)
Continuity mistake: After Yugi summons Gold Gadget, he says, "Then I'll end my turn with this," before setting a card. His right arm is pointed to the left after setting the card, but when the shot cuts, his right arm is lowered. (01:50:19)

Revealing mistake: When Sera is explaining to Yugi why she gave him the puzzle piece, in the shot where she says "He's giving in to fear and anger," Yugi is supposed to be looking at her, but his eyes do not appear to be aligned with her face. He is looking straight forwards instead of downwards. (01:12:55)
