Other mistake: In the slaughterhouse scene, after Harrigan has injured the Predator with his shotgun and Keyes reappears, the Predator throws its disc, and severs Keyes in half at the waist. We see his legs flop to the ground, and blood pour from above, but his upper half (torso, backpack and weaponry) mysteriously remain hovering out of sight.
Continuity mistake: As Harrigan is walking away from King Willie in the alley, Willie turns toward him to say, "Prepare yourself." His face is well-lit. In the next shot, Willie is facing away in the background and his head is entirely in shadow. He's turned and lit again for his next line.
Revealing mistake: When the subway train slams on the brakes, the camera cuts to a shot showing the sparks coming off the wheels as the train is slowing down. If you look at the wheels carefully, you can see that the train is already stationery, and the camera is panning down the train to give the impression its slowing down.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the fight in the slaughter house, Lt. Harrigan scrambles up a ladder and goes onto the roof with the predator in hot pursuit. A few moments later, Harrigan slams into the predator and they both fall off the roof. Suddenly, they are about 30 stories up dangling from a ledge. The slaughter house wasn't 30 stories tall...it wasn't even three stories!

Continuity mistake: At the penthouse, the Predator lifts one of the Jamaicans on his wrist blades. Another Jamaican turns to see his friend dangling in the air with a claw sticking through his torso. In the next shot from the Predator's POV, the Jamaican is facing as before and still shooting at the wall like he didn't notice. After that, it shows the same man turning in an arc that should show the Predator, but it and the impaled man have disappeared entirely.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jerry is fighting the Predator in the subway car, watch closely behind him when he runs out of ammo. He bends over to pick up a knife, and you can see two distinct shadows on the wall in the strobing light. One is his, and the other belongs to the camera man standing a few feet to the side.
Revealing mistake: When the predator fires his plasma caster in the slaughterhouse scene, you can see that the simple laser blast has been replaced by a Chinese sparkling firework on a string. In the original "Predator" you could see this same effect on a string but it was not nearly as spectacular and easier to miss.
Deliberate mistake: When King Willie is confronted by the Predator in the alley the Predator approaches him cloaked stepping through the puddle of water. You can see his footsteps causing the water to splash up. However, you can see the water splash up and go through his foot. The Predator is only cloaked, not intangible so the water should have splashed upon his foot, not go through. Water against his foot would be visible too, even though he is cloaked.
Continuity mistake: When the Predator snatches the skull with the spinal cord attached from Bill Paxton's body in the subway tunnel, there should have at least been small amounts if not a good bit of blood left on the stairs leading up to the street surface by the time Danny Glover go to it while he was chasing him.

Continuity mistake: In the slaughterhouse scene, Danny Glover's character pulls out a shotgun and blasts the Predator several times, knocking it flat on his back. Just as soon as you see the Predator hit the ground, you can see his mask start to fly off as though it's loosely attached. In the next scene, Danny Glover has to put some effort to pry it off, when it should have flown off in the first place.
Revealing mistake: In the scene where the Predator has fallen into the bathroom of an old couples apartment, you see all types of building materials such as brick, wood, and such laying on the floor from the impact. If you look closely, some of the bricks actually bounce up and down after the Predator hits the floor.

Revealing mistake: When the Predator runs out of the bathroom after doing minor surgery on himself, you can see that when he punches through the bathroom wall and into the living room and from the living room into the hallway, that both sets of doors had been pre-cut to achieve this effect. Even with the amount of force applied by the Predator, to do this considering how powerful it is, the wooden slats that were used in the old days to give homes extra strength and to help plaster adhere to walls would certainly have been more rugged looking than they were as in the movie they are neatly cut into the shape that the Predator, had to go through.

Continuity mistake: At the warehouse, when Harrigan and the other officers are looking at the carnage caused by the Predator, Danny points out the dead Columbian hanging from the skylight. The camera cuts to show the man hanging dead from the skylight, and you can see that he has a good amount of blood running down his body. When Harrigan is ordered downstairs, the scene cuts again to the body being hauled up by the Predator, except now the amount of blood has increased tenfold, looking almost like someone threw a bucket of blood on the corpse.
Continuity mistake: In the beginning, after the gang retreats into the building, you see what appears to be the leader sniffing from a golden container. After a quick cut to the gang getting ready, you see his moustache covered with white powder. After another cut, a closeup shows his moustache is clean, way too quick to have cleaned up.

Plot hole: When Harrigan and Captain Pilgrim leave the head Captain's office after being told not to impede Agent Keys' investigation, Harrigan then spots Keys and goes and roughs him up, shouting and generally making a nuisance of himself. Pilgrim was only just behind him. Harrigan's actions have caused everyone else to be quiet, so it's not as if Pilgrim doesn't know that Harrigan isn't manhandling Keys, yet he does nothing to intervene, especially in light of the meeting the pair of them just left.
Visible crew/equipment: When the Predator is attacking the Jamaicans in the penthouse, you will see the guy who gets pinned to the wall with the net propelled backwards. We are led to believe that it is the force of the Predator's weapon - not so - it is the bungie cable attached to his trousers.
Continuity mistake: At the start of the film, Glover's character blows away the Colombians with a shotgun outside their drug den. Immediately afterwards we're shown the Predators POV (in thermal vision) - looking directly down at their bodies, which show up a greenish color. This would indicate their body temperatures dropped to a much lower level impossibly fast.
