Other mistake: John would have no reason to ask the CT technician if she had any results. He says "that was a long one," indicating he's had this done before and should know it typically takes around 24-48 hours to get results. (Likely just a line of dialogue added for the benefit of the audience, who may not know.)
Other mistake: Almost all the websites, both in the address bar and the results of the search, have no top-level domain like .com or .org. Everything is just www.something instead of www.something.com. (00:10:30)
Answer: If I'm not mistaken, the room she was in was locked. She may have been able to survive the trap by sticking her head through the opening, but if she has no way of leaving the room, eventually she would starve to death.
