Tenet

Audio problem: In the opera siege, when one of the special forces guys questions the protagonist because he doesn't respond to his commands he points the gun at the protagonist and there is a pointless weapon charging handle sound effect. It doesn't make sense because the combat has already been going on for a while, and he should have his gun ready regardless. (00:04:32)

Audio problem: Just after Neil tells the Protagonist that he never drinks on the job, there is a shot focusing on the Protagonist where he says to Neil that he's well-informed. In the corner of shot, just after the Protagonist finishes his line, Neil is heard saying "Well", but his lips are not shown moving. (00:18:58)

Casual Person

Audio problem: When Neil is being guided around the Freeport area, just after he says the documents are vulnerable to water damage from the sprinkler systems, the Freeport worker tells him they don't use sprinkler systems. The worker then says to him "The facility is flooded with halide gas", but in the shot where he is heard saying "halide gas", his lips do not match up with the audio heard coming from his mouth. (00:36:18)

Casual Person

Audio problem: When the Protagonist and Priya are talking whilst walking down a street in Mumbai, just before the scene ends, Priya says "Sator's helping. You have to find out how", but her mouth doesn't move along with the line. (00:50:55)

Casual Person

Audio problem: Just before the Protagonist is about to go outside fully inverted, Wheeler is shown pushing a button on the wall which opens a large door. She then says to him "Friction and wind resistance are reversed", but her lips do not match up with what she is heard saying. (01:30:13)

Casual Person

Audio problem: When Priya is explaining the nuclear sites in which the algorithm parts are hidden to the Protagonist, at one point she says "Nine sets of the most closely guarded materials in the world." When she begins saying "Nine sets of the most", her lips appear to perfectly sync up with the audio, but when she says "closely guarded", her lips do not sync up with the audio heard, revealing that the line was dubbed over mid-sentence. (01:48:00)

Casual Person

Audio problem: When Kat is speaking with the Protagonist shortly before he inverts himself, there is a shot focusing on the Protagonist where Kat is shown in the corner of shot saying "I didn't get to say goodbye", but her lips don't move. (01:54:30)

Casual Person

Continuity mistake: The protagonist, Neil and Kat are in the back of the yellow ambulance in the parking garage. Neil checks on Kat, after that he removes plastic gloves from his hands and throws them into the trash right next to him, 2 cuts later he again crumples a pair of plastic gloves. (01:46:15)

Suggested correction: People doing procedures change gloves all the time. There is nothing suspicious about using 2 pairs of gloves in 3 minutes.

He was already done with the procedure when he removed the first pair of gloves. He was never shown putting on the second pair.

It's the same scene replayed, a true editing error.

But this scenes are within about 15 seconds of time - so there is no time to put on another pair.

Fay: Welcome to the afterlife. You've been in a medically-induced coma while we got you out of Ukraine and rebuilt your mouth.
Protagonist: The suicide pills are fake. Why?
Fay: A test.

Trivia: The 747 crashing into a building was shot entirely practically, with a retired jumbo jet. Christopher Nolan costed out doing it with miniatures, but realised it would be cheaper (and better) to buy the shell of an old aircraft and really crash it.
