Other mistake: It's been established Rambo was born 7/6/1947. When we see his driver's license, his DOB is 12/4/1950.
Visible crew/equipment: When Rambo ambushes the guy in the parking lot, the shadow of the camera crew is visible as the guy is walking to his car with a woman.
