Trivia: Towards the end when the people are taking pics of the megazord, Jason David Frank and Amy Jo Johnson from the 90's version of the Power Rangers are there.
Trivia: When the Rangers blow up the Rocks they hear what sounds like an alarm coming from somewhere. This is reference to the original series' alarm that would sound whenever there was danger.
Trivia: The 1995 Mighty Morphin movie theme briefly plays when the rangers are all piloting their zords for the first time.
Trivia: When Jason's father is looking for Jason he mentions two streets, Mariner Bay and Reefside. Those are two different cities in two different power rangers seasons. Mariner Bay is the home to The Lightspeed Power Rangers (season 8). Reefside is the home to the Dino Thunder Power Rangers (season 12th).
Trivia: In the film, Rita is after the Zeo crystal, Just like the TV show. And just like the TV show, setting up for when the rangers gain the powers of the crystal and become Power Rangers Zeo. Which was season 4 of the TV show.
