Revealing mistake: During the showdown between Hawk and Voltan, Hawk frees Gort by cutting his ties, Gort then grabs his hammer and whacks the guard with it and punches another guard. If you watch the pillars you can see them wobble slightly when the guards' bodies make contact with them. (01:26:33)

Revealing mistake: At the end when Hawk fatally wounds Voltan there is a slow motion shot of Voltan rolling around in pain on the floor and his helmet falls off, revealing his whole face. You can see he is not wearing his burn make-up here. (01:28:16)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning, when Voltan arrives on horseback at his fathers castle, it is daylight. We are then shown an exterior shot of the castle itself and it is pitch black. Then, a minute or so later, we see Hawk arriving on horseback at the castle and it is daylight again.
