Visible crew/equipment: Just as Griff is about to crash through the front door of the court house after he is chasing Marty on the hover board, you can see someone (the director?) on some sort of crane in the reflection of the glass. (00:20:58)

Visible crew/equipment: When Doc, Marty and Jennifer are going to leave 1985 (at the beginning of the movie), the camera is reflected in the back part of the car.

Visible crew/equipment: After Marty runs away from what used to be his house in the alternate 1985, he walks towards a crime scene. There are two instances in this scene where you see the shadows of the camera and camera operator passing by on Marty's t-shirt.

Visible crew/equipment: During the tunnel chase, after Marty grabs the Almanac Biff speeds up the car. In a close-up of the hubcaps several crewmembers and a man in red are reflected.

Continuity mistake: When Marty (the Marty wearing the dark clothing) is at the dance and the Marty of 1955 is on stage is about to sing Johnny B. Goode, you can hear the 1955 Marty saying "this is a blues riff in B, watch for the changes and try to keep up" through the microphone. Yet in the original, Marty looks away from the mike when he says this and is unamplified. The quote is different as well. He says "this is a blues riff in B, watch for the changes and try to keep up" in part I, but in part 2 he says "this is a blues riff in B, watch me for the changes and keep up, OK?" (01:24:25)

Biff: [raising gun] Lead poisoning.
Marty: What about the police, Biff? They're gonna match up the bullet with that gun.
Biff: Kid, I own the police. Besides, they couldn't match up the bullet that killed your old man.
Marty: You son of a...
[Biff pulls back on the gun's hammer.]
Biff: Suppose it's poetic justice. Two McFlys with the same gun.

Question: In the alternative 1985, there is an alternative Biff, Lorraine etc. Shouldn't there also be an alternative Marty and Doc?

Answer: Yep, and there is, but they're both elsewhere. Doc's been committed to an asylum somewhere. When Marty first meets the alternate Biff, Biff tells him that he's supposed to be in Switzerland at boarding school - that's where the alternate Marty is.

Wouldn't someone probably see Doc and report that he escaped from the asylum?

Maybe, but no way to be sure, and they're not around long enough for that to be an issue anyway.
