Deliberate mistake: Michael B. Jordan has a small indentation on his forehead, just above his right eyebrow. By virtue of the fact that he plays twins in this film, both characters have the exact same indentation.
Deliberate mistake: When Snow White opens the door and sees the aged queen, Snow White stands inches away from the door, but in the shots from behind, there's a big gap of at least half a metre between her and the door to allow us to see the queen. Deliberate it is, but a mistake, nonetheless.
Deliberate mistake: The Boeing Stearman biplane isn't built with a bar between the wheels. The bar on the aircraft in the film is purely for the stunts and actually compromises the aircraft's suspension.
Deliberate mistake: Concerning the literal "bag drop" off the subway car: The ransom money bag falls from the train directly into the waiting hands of the bad guy, after it falls very arbitrarily from Denzel's hands, after the train is brought very arbitrarily to a screeching halt by another bad guy very arbitrarily hitting the emergency stop. This was sheer fantasy that could never happen in real life even if the thousand unknowns were known. Bigger than a simple plot hole - this was a deliberate mistake.
Deliberate mistake: J. Daniel Atlas says the trio's abuse of his portrait constitutes a copyright violation. He's wrong. It's actually more serious. Abusing someone's portrait is impersonation and defamation. Even using it innocently constitutes a violation of the right of publicity. (00:13:02)
