Continuity mistake: The blood spray pattern on the Park Ranger's face changes after she shoots the guy and the scene progresses.

Continuity mistake: For the first emergency landing, the co-pilot has his seatbelt on, then it is off a second later, then back on, then off again, then on again.
Continuity mistake: SPOILERS: In the post-credits scene, after Henry's trap starts, in the second-to-last shot, you see him sort of start to shake and rear his head back. But then in the next shot, he's no longer shaking. Additionally, his head is down again and he rears it back a second time.
Continuity mistake: Chato is returning to the diving bell. He has on a full face mask and tanks. Yet in the next shots, he is shown approaching the bell and getting out of the water. He has no face mask and no tanks.
Continuity mistake: When Sam and Tara barrel into the corner store, you can see a bus on the street behind them. However, no bus was visible in the previous shot anywhere on the street as they ran up to the store. True, you don't see the entire street, but you absolutely should have been able to see the bus somewhere in the previous shot.
Continuity mistake: The right side of Miller's [Ryan Phillippe] shirt collar is underneath his suit jacket, but in side views, the shirt collar extends above the jacket (i.e, is visible up his neck). (00:08:45 - 00:09:10)
Continuity mistake: Vincent has a diagonal "V" or wishbone-shaped tattoo (possibly a scar) on the right of his neck when he gets to prison, but it becomes a vertical line of letters (possibly chain links) seconds later. (00:05:39)
Continuity mistake: Wingate pours two whisky glasses almost half-full. He pushes one glass across the table to Stubb, and the glass has less than half as much whisky in it. Wingate's glass - now closer to him - appears to have a little more than he poured into the glass. (00:22:15)
Continuity mistake: The bumps/folds on the light-coloured dress lying on the bed vary. After Pepper the cat tramps on the dress and causes indentations in the fabric, the dress is suddenly lying smoothly on the bed. (00:30:18 - 00:30:46)

Continuity mistake: While sitting in the chair, Ian's bangs change several times, even though his hands stay in his lap. The metal head covering is removed and his bangs are separated/split near the centre of his forehead, then his bangs are about evenly distributed across his forehead with several intermittent gaps. Next, his bangs are angled to the left, fluffier, and without gaps, return to evenly spaced across his forehead, go back to fluffy and combed to the left, and similar ongoing variations. (00:21:45)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the stampede, as the barriers fall, a woman can be seen falling with them. The camera cuts to an overhead view and she's no longer there as the crowd surges forward.

Continuity mistake: The scenery view shots near the beginning of the movie apparently are not meant to represent the passage of time (such as "one year later"), so the various changes in foliage - from green leaves (Summer) to leafless trees (Winter) to orange leaves (Autumn) to green leaves (Summer) and back to Fall foliage - do not make sense. Continuity mistake: Tree foliage is inconsistent, changing several times within the first minute (Fall-Winter-Summer-Fall-Summer). Tree foliage even varies with which side of the road is being shown, such as Winter leafless trees between houses on Liam's side but Summer green leaves on Breanna's passenger side of the car (followed by Winter leafless trees when they get to the bank's parking lot). The inconsistencies persist to the end, with Fall-Winter foliage in the aerial view but Summer at street level. (00:00:20 - 00:09:27)
Continuity mistake: Morgan and Sophie take far too many steps to get into the tunnel, then take many more, which take them past the man on the left, but the man is still ahead of them. After they take more steps and are past him, they are back at the tunnel entrance. (00:23:18 - 00:23:50)
Continuity mistake: Nancy places her black purse onto the counter. She pulls the black "Double D" out of her purse and sets it in front of Doug, then shoves it back into her purse.
