Revealing mistake: They are driving down the freeway when a shot reveals that the check engine light is on and it also looks as if the 'door open' warning light is illuminated. The latter is probably because the film crew have the rear door open for filming. (00:23:47)
Factual error: The Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police has red fabric within the crowns on his rank insignia. This would be correct for most British police forces, but the Metropolitan Police uses blue fabric instead.
Factual error: The British Army soldiers are not wearing British Army uniforms or carrying British Army weapons and some of them have beards, which are not permitted to British Army soldiers.
Audio problem: When Ilonka is speaking with her father about going to Brightcliff Hospice, in a shot where the camera is behind her, she says "Lots of foster kids. I mean, kids on their own" and the line appears to sync with her mouth perfectly. But immediately after finishing that line, she starts saying "It's a place for teenagers to transition on their own terms", and her mouth doesn't appear to sync up with the audio at all. (00:12:50)

Continuity mistake: When we first see the guy in the tunnel, he runs to the left in the first shot. The next time we see him, he runs to the right.
A Deadly Net - S2-E2
Plot hole: S2E2 A Deadly Net Midway through the episode, Sylvia and others in the cast bid people goodnight, offer after-dinner drinks, but the sun is shining brightly and continues to do so for quite a period of time as events continue to unfold.
Continuity mistake: Sgt. Chee pulls up in his vehicle to question Winford about Shorty's whereabouts. They are standing outside of the repair shop while Winford is working on the motor. After speaking for a while, they walk from the car together, only now they are walking from the rear of the car heading to the front. Also, the car has moved inside the shop.
A Darker Domain: Part 2 - S2-E2
Continuity mistake: In the time of the original crime, Mick takes the handgun from Kevin and places it in his waistband. He then shows Catriona but does not give it to her. A few moments later, when Mick and Kevin are fighting, Catriona emerges from the other room and shoots Kevin with the pistol.
