Continuity mistake: When Hartley arrives at the Russian prison, as he's led down the corridor the handcuffs are around both his wrists with the double bars facing out, chained at the center, but when the handcuffs are removed in his cell note the handcuff is on the opposite way around his right wrist. Continuity mistake: Patrick (head sex trafficker played by Rourke) calls his "pretty babies" to "come to daddy" and two black dogs sit with him, one on each side. When one of Patrick's goons (Dwayne) enters the barn, the dogs change within a few seconds. The two black dogs are suddenly gone and a brown dog takes their place. The brown dog also switched sides of the chair almost instantly. (00:12:03)
Continuity mistake: When Joachim is taken to the room where the arrowhead is, his guide has both hands together. A shot later the right one is lowered and the left one is raised. (00:06:17)
Continuity mistake: Annie's car's steering wheel is on the left side, but her dashcam showed her on the right side. Both hands appeared to be on/near the steering wheel (not adjusting the dashcam), followed by a brief view of her right hand playing on a keyboard, then returning to Annie who was now on the left side with her left hand on the steering wheel and a cigarette in her right hand. Also, when Annie was on the right side driving, there was no overhead light on above her head, but there was after she moved. (00:15:32 - 00:16:02)
Continuity mistake: The choke chain collar on Mr. Bojangles was pulled snug against his neck with several inches of the chain hanging, then ends of the choke chain were hanging around his neck as loosely as possible (similar to wearing a necklace). A little later, Mr. Bojangles' choke chain was pulled snug against his neck like earlier - but choke chain collars do not tighten on their own. (00:35:05 - 00:36:08)
Continuity mistake: While eating dinner, Lauren has a glass of wine setting on a black coaster. After a scene change and return to the dinner table, an aerial view shows the coaster without the wine glass on it (and the wine glass is missing from the table). (00:38:32 - 00:40:18)
Continuity mistake: David's [Ralph Fiennes] glass on the table is filled to within about 1" from the top. When he raises the glass to his mouth, the amount is about 1" lower, which may explain why the lemon slice is now floating diagonally instead of vertically. (00:01:36)
Continuity mistake: Before Jen gets on the yacht, Aileen's green halter strap can be seen because the left side of her hair is on or over her shoulder. When Jen gets on board, Aileen's hair is in front, covering up the green strap. The camera shifts when Lewis is hugging Jen and Aileen's green strap is visible again with the left side of her hair behind her. There is no noticeable wind and Eileen is standing in the same place. Continuity mistake: Numerous times throughout the movie (within and between scenes), the length of Amber's bangs varies - from above, to touching, and into her eyebrows. The length even changed, at times, from the beginning to end of a short telephone call.
Continuity mistake: There isn't anything immediately in front of the storage shed when Edee opens the door. Inside, looking out, there is some type of diagonal, long thin branches or vines extending to the ground, which are gone in the subsequent view. (00:09:42)
Continuity mistake: The police officer stopped his cruiser some distance behind Malik's SUV, but the cruiser was closer to Malik's SUV when the officer was talking to him and when he pulled his gun on him. (00:19:27 - 00:21:55)
Continuity mistake: Danny's car is shown going over the cliff twice - before and after Danny shoots himself. Right before going over the first time, Danny is shown with his right hand on the steering wheel but the second time with his right hand on the rifle (which is pointed toward his neck). (00:32:22)
Continuity mistake: Helen's slipper is at about a 45° angle toward the right of the screen when Miss Willoughby finds it. When Detective Jimmy shines his flashlight on the slipper, it is facing the opposite direction. The second time Jimmy shines the flashlight, the slipper is at a steeper angle. (01:00:33)
Continuity mistake: Vampires don't like sunlight, but when Nathan was walking toward Elaine, the sun was shining through the windows on him. When the camera shifted to Elaine, the curtains/blinds behind her were closed, which would not enable enough sunlight to penetrate into the room and onto Nathan like it did. When Nathan was sitting on his bed, the sun was shining on him again. (00:54:00 - 00:54:45)
Continuity mistake: When Suzu collapses on the bridge after vomiting in the lake, in the overview shot, her left hand is away from her right hand. Then there is a closer shot of Suzu where her left and right hand are level with each other. Her hands also move closer to the edge of the bridge between shots. (00:13:00)
Continuity mistake: Mia holds her doll's face next to hers, but the doll is not there when the camera shifts. The doll is to Mia's side on the bed, but instantly back next to her face. (This is independent of the times Mia moves her doll.) (00:02:25)
Continuity mistake: Sharyn's top sheet was messy and wrinkled underneath her while she was sitting on her bed, but the sheet was smoother and the top part was folded over/down after the doctor left and she returned from pounding on the door. (00:07:26 - 00:08:28)
Continuity mistake: Nancy placed her sunglasses on the table when she was talking to Slahi and had her glasses hanging from the V-neck of her blouse. She picked up her sunglasses and put them on when she got outside but her glasses were not hanging from her V-neck. (Later, they could be seen in her right hand but it wouldn't make sense that she would start holding her glasses when she was already handling her legal pad and the contract). (00:22:10 - 00:23:23)
Continuity mistake: Joe has 'Rick C' (his partner) listed as a contact in his phone - late on in the movie when Joe calls him from the bathroom stall, he is listed as just "Rick"
