Continuity mistake: While eating dinner, Lauren has a glass of wine setting on a black coaster. After a scene change and return to the dinner table, an aerial view shows the coaster without the wine glass on it (and the wine glass is missing from the table). (00:38:32 - 00:40:18)
Continuity mistake: Patrick (head sex trafficker played by Rourke) calls his "pretty babies" to "come to daddy" and two black dogs sit with him, one on each side. When one of Patrick's goons (Dwayne) enters the barn, the dogs change within a few seconds. The two black dogs are suddenly gone and a brown dog takes their place. The brown dog also switched sides of the chair almost instantly. (00:12:03)
Continuity mistake: Although the amount of alcohol remaining in the bottle had been slightly reduced, the reduction was too negligible to have filled the Game Master's glass to the level shown after his telephone call to Sienna. (00:06:57 - 00:08:46)
Continuity mistake: Numerous times throughout the movie (within and between scenes), the length of Amber's bangs varies - from above, to touching, and into her eyebrows. The length even changed, at times, from the beginning to end of a short telephone call.
Continuity mistake: There isn't anything immediately in front of the storage shed when Edee opens the door. Inside, looking out, there is some type of diagonal, long thin branches or vines extending to the ground, which are gone in the subsequent view. (00:09:42)
Continuity mistake: The police officer stopped his cruiser some distance behind Malik's SUV, but the cruiser was closer to Malik's SUV when the officer was talking to him and when he pulled his gun on him. (00:19:27 - 00:21:55)
Continuity mistake: David's [Ralph Fiennes] glass on the table is filled to within about 1" from the top. When he raises the glass to his mouth, the amount is about 1" lower, which may explain why the lemon slice is now floating diagonally instead of vertically. (00:01:36)
Continuity mistake: Alexander still had the mark/cut on his forehead, running vertically to the outer edge of his right eyebrow, when he found the "Mars" candy bar, but it was gone less than 30 seconds later (after he found the gun). Continuity mistake: Vampires don't like sunlight, but when Nathan was walking toward Elaine, the sun was shining through the windows on him. When the camera shifted to Elaine, the curtains/blinds behind her were closed, which would not enable enough sunlight to penetrate into the room and onto Nathan like it did. Continuity mistake: When Suzu collapses on the bridge after vomiting in the lake, in the overview shot, her left hand is away from her right hand. Then there is a closer shot of Suzu where her left and right hand are level with each other. Her hands also move closer to the edge of the bridge between shots. (00:13:00)
Continuity mistake: Mia holds her doll's face next to hers, but the doll is not there when the camera shifts. The doll is to Mia's side on the bed, but instantly back next to her face. (This is independent of the times Mia moves her doll.) (00:02:25)
Continuity mistake: Danny's car is shown going over the cliff twice - before and after Danny shoots himself. Right before going over the first time, Danny is shown with his right hand on the steering wheel but the second time with his right hand on the rifle (which is pointed toward his neck). (00:32:22)
Continuity mistake: Before Jen gets on the yacht, Aileen's green halter strap can be seen because the left side of her hair is on or over her shoulder. When Jen gets on board, Aileen's hair is in front, covering up the green strap. The camera shifts when Lewis is hugging Jen and Aileen's green strap is visible again with the left side of her hair behind her. There is no noticeable wind and Eileen is standing in the same place. Continuity mistake: Joe has 'Rick C' (his partner) listed as a contact in his phone - late on in the movie when Joe calls him from the bathroom stall, he is listed as just "Rick"
Continuity mistake: When Brandon is talking to his sister Shannon about the car photos, the clock goes from 11:50 to 11:40 and back to 11:50. (00:25:37)
Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the film, Hannah, who has had her face pummelled by one of the villains emerges from the creek having escaped the fire with only minor bruising on her face and a cut on the bridge of her nose. Immediately after that, they are rescued but her face is now deeply cut, both eyes are blackened and there is a deep gash on her cheek.
Continuity mistake: Sharyn's top sheet was messy and wrinkled underneath her while she was sitting on her bed, but the sheet was smoother and the top part was folded over/down after the doctor left and she returned from pounding on the door. (00:07:26 - 00:08:28)
Continuity mistake: Helen's slipper is at about a 45° angle toward the right of the screen when Miss Willoughby finds it. When Detective Jimmy shines his flashlight on the slipper, it is facing the opposite direction. The second time Jimmy shines the flashlight, the slipper is at a steeper angle. (01:00:33)
Continuity mistake: The way the pink blanket was folded/draped over Motley's head when he was hiding in the second row seat of Danny's truck changed at least two times. The folds were also different when Jed got into the front passenger seat. Motley wasn't supposed to be moving, so it wouldn't make sense for him to have rearranged the blanket himself. Continuity mistake: Sitting (immobile) on the chair, the position of Humpty's head changed a few times. Sometimes his head was facing forward but other times it was at an angle. The height on Humpty's head relative to the top of the back of the chair also changed - from about 3" below to 4" above to approximately.even and 1-2" below.
