In the wide-shot, there's only three, but when it punches into a close-up, suddenly there are five.
Continuity mistake: At the arena, when Scooby's blue suit bursts, the ground is covered in small blue pieces that disappear in the following shots.

Continuity mistake: Take notice of the desk lamp as Charlie and Al are talking in Charlie's new office. As the camera switches back and forth between their face to face conversation, the green glass cover of the light keeps changing position too. This happens even after Al leaves. This was probably done to keep the light out of the camera during filming. (00:13:50)
Continuity mistake: Brahms was quite clean for having been buried under dirt and leaves. No dirt fell off Brahms' body when Jude pulled him out of his "grave" and there did not appear to be dirt in his hair. Continuity mistake: The amount and location of dirt on Christine's face is inconsistent, ranging from being very thick and obvious to barely visible, if at all. Sometimes it extends down her neck on the right side. When her hair covers most of her face, no dirt is visible - until she turns her head and the hair is away from her face. Continuity mistake: After Wes was clobbered and on the floor, he had a long stream of water/mucus coming out of his nose or mouth and his lips were wet when he was standing up, but his lips/mouth/nose were totally dry when the killer put his gloved hand over Wes' right shoulder. (00:33:40)
Continuity mistake: When one of the restaurant patrons starts shouting at Chul-min, he attempts to walk over to the patron, so Jung-seok tries to hold him. In one angle, Chul-min has his left hand placed near the middle of Jung-seok's torso. When it cuts to an angle with Chul-min's back to camera, we cannot see specifically where his hand is placed, but the distance between his body and Jung-seok's body indicates that it is too far for his left hand to be positioned on Jung-seok's torso in the same place as in the previous shot. Continuity mistake: The sizes, locations, and smoothness of the pieces of glass remaining in the wall mirror after Aidan smashes it with a bat change. Initially, there were a few large and several smaller jagged-edged pieces around the top and upper-half of the right side. Continuity mistake: When Millie wakes up at the beginning, in the first shot her comforter is up near her chest. In the next shot, it's instantly down by her knees. And in the next shot, it's instantly up by her waist.
